Our accounting office offers comprehensive services for capital companies planning to go public at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect!

During the preparation of the cooperation procedure with the Authorised and the Brokerage House, we maintain the accounting books (both before and after the IPO) for a token price of PLN 1.

In addition, we offer the possibility of capitalising the company from own funds (from a private equity fund) and covering all costs from EU funds.

Depending on the level of the company’s preparation, the process of obtaining capital and going public on NewConnect may take 1-6 months. In the case of companies other than joint stock companies or partnerships limited by shares, the transformation process is the most time-consuming. It is vital that the company prepares a growth strategy if it has not done so already. It takes 4 to 8 weeks to perform the work strictly related to the offering, such as company valuation, preparing the offering structure, preparing and approving the Information Document, conducting the offering and introduction to trading.
