This Privacy Policy defines the rules for using the website and provides information about the methods of protecting the privacy of personal data of customer’s using the website at the address www.cksk.pl

The Controller of the users’ personal data is Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k.

Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. collects data of website users, in particular individuals who use the services provided by Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k., according to the Terms and Conditions. In order to register, the Customer should provide their contact data, such as their first name and surname, residential address, e-mail or telephone number. In order to receive an invoice, data required for the invoice to be issued must be provided, in particular the first name and surname or company name, address or registered office, and tax ID (NIP).

a) All data provided by the Customer in the registration form on the website will be used by Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. only for the purpose of providing services. In this case, the data will be processed according to Article 18(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 104). This does not preclude the possibility of processing the personal data provided, in particular the e-mail address, to ensure contact between the Customer and Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k.

b) All data provided by the Customer in the contact form on the website will be used by Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. only for the purpose of answering the question sent by the Customer. In this case, the data will be processed according to Article 18(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 104).

c) The provided e-mail address can be used by Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. to send a free newsletter containing commercial information or advertisements within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.

a) The Customer can decide on the scope in which their data, including personal data, will be used. In particular, the Customer can withdraw consent to the processing of their e-mail address for the purposes of sending advertisements, commercial information or a newsletter.

b) The customer has the right to complement, update, and rectify their personal data, to demand a temporary or permanent suspension of processing, or to have the data erased if the data is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or has been collected in violation of the law or is no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

c) The Customer can modify their personal data by sending an appropriate declaration of intent to the address of Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k.

The provision of data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose of performing a transaction between the Customer and Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. according to the Terms and Conditions.

a) All data collected by Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k., including personal data, can be directly accessed only by authorised employees or associates of Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. as well as duly authorised individuals operating the website.

Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. represents that it processes the personal data provided or entrusted by the Customer in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, applies technical and organisational measures ensuring a protection level of the data being processed that is adequate to the threats and categories of data subject to protection, and that, in particular, it secures the Customer’s personal data against unauthorised access, loss or damage.

a) This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information on services or goods of any entity other than Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k., published on Internet pages on a commercial or reciprocity basis, as a feature, or for a non-commercial purpose.

b) Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of a Customer as a result of which Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. processes the personal data provided by them in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy.

c) Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. reserves the right to change, withdraw or modify the functions or features of the website as well as to discontinue its operation, transfer the rights to the website and to perform any legal actions permitted under the applicable law. For the avoidance of doubts, the Customer shall not have the right to make any claims on that account against Centrum Księgowe Spółek Kapitałowych Sp. z o.o., Sp. k.
